VBLASTBEATS runs the original BlastBeats sequencer and much of its interface code. OPL3 synthesis and output colour modelled from recordings of the real hardware bring its gritty FM character into your computer.
The familiar button combinations are still there, with shortcuts when you want them: click a printed function label, paint a pattern in the grid, or use the mixer to shape the whole beat.

What is included?
Full standalone and VST3 instruments for macOS and Windows. The Mac installer supports Intel and Apple silicon on macOS 11+. Windows requires a 64-bit Windows 10 or later system. The iPad app is sold separately; this desktop purchase does not include it.
How do I receive and register it?
After payment, a separate delivery email contains your registered name, personal VBLASTBEATS serial and protected download link. Download the installers for both platforms, then enter your name and serial in the full instrument. Registration works offline.
How many computers can I use?
Use your personal licence on the computers you personally own or use. Please do not share your serial or download link.
Do I need the hardware?
No. The full instrument runs entirely on your computer. Hardware owners can exchange compatible patterns and kits through library import and export.
Can I process each voice separately?
Yes. Compatible VST3 hosts can access the main mix plus nine instrument outputs, with open and closed hats grouped together. Each instrument output supports stereo panning.
