If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except where a statutory exception applies.
Send a clear statement by email to info@twisted-electrons.com or by post to Twisted-Electrons SAS, 2 chemin de la grotte, 06670 Castagniers, France. Please include your name, order number, product, and order date.
Example wording: "I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]."
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days. Please return the unit complete, with accessories and protective packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The direct cost of returning goods after withdrawal is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, non-conforming, or the return results from our error.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, and may be deferred until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
If the product is defective or not as ordered, contact info@twisted-electrons.com before returning it. Statutory guarantees and the commercial warranty remain available independently of the withdrawal right.
